Flows of products acceptance inspection
The raw materials of products include fabric and auxiliary materials;after gray fabric is purchased and delivered, the quality controller will carry out spot inspectin of the grammage and width of the fabric and fill in a spot inspection report; after finished fabric is delivered to the factory’s finished products warehouse, the cutter and quality inspection personnel will carry out inspection and classify them into grade-I fabric, grade-II fabric and inferior fabric. with regard to production process, the quality inspection department will carry out quality monitoring before, during and after production.
